2. Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be made via our website and WhatsApp.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payment may be required in full at the time of booking, depending on the service.
- Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams)
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation via WhatsApp or email
- Prices may change, but confirmed bookings are honored at the booked rate.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- All cancellation request must be submitted in written via WhatsApp or email
- Cancellation made within the specified timeframe will be eligible for a refund.
- No show or last minute cancellations are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Changes and Modifications
- Dubai Sand Adventure may modify or cancel itineraries or services due to weather, operational issues or safety concerns.
- If service is canceled, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking tours or services.
- Respect the property, environment, and other participants.
- Follow all safety instructions and local regulations during tours.
- Guests must ensure that all participants are fit to travel and meet age or health requirements.
- Guests are responsible for being ready at the designated pick-up point. Delays caused by guests may result in missed tours without refund.
- Activities like quad biking require participants to follow safety guidelines and are undertaken at their own risk.
6. Travel insurance
- We does not provide personal travel or medical insurance
- Guests are encouraged to obtain adequate travel insurance for emergencies, cancellations or lost property.
7. Liability
- While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage or delay incurred during tours or activities.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during tours.
- Activities such as dune bashing, quad biking and off-road driving carry inherent risks and guests participate at their discretion.
