Cancellation Policy – Tours and Services

We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made with Dubai Sand Adventure.

Cancellation by Customer

Full Refund: Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the tour date.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour date are non-refundable.
No Refund: Attraction tickets are non-refundable and non-modifiable after booking confirmation.

Cancellation by Company

If a tour is cancelled due to weather and safety concerns, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Rescheduling

Customers can request rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.
