Visitor and Customer Guidelines – Enjoy Your Experience Safely
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have established these guidelines for using our services and participating in tours.
1. Booking Guidelines
- Make bookings in advance to guarantee availability.
- Provide accurate details for all participants.
- Special requirements should be mentioned during booking.
2. Pick-up Information
- Guests should be ready at the hotel lobby or at specified mall entrances.
- Arriving on time is important, as delays may affect the entire group.
- The desert safari is a shared experience, and guests will be traveling with other participants.
3. During Tours
- Follow instructions from guides and staff at all times.
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for activities.
- Take care of personal belongings.
- Respect local customs, traditions, and the environment.

- To avoid discomfort during dune bashing, we recommend not eating for 1–2 hours before the safari.
4. Transport & Safety Guidelines
- All vehicles are fitted with seat belts; wearing them is mandatory during the ride
- Each 4X4 vehicle accommodates up to 6 passengers.
- Report any health conditions to guides before participating.
- The desert safari involves off-road driving on uneven terrain. Guests with the following conditions are advised not to participate:
Pregnancy
Heart or back issues
Mobility challenges requiring wheelchairs
5. Behavior Guidelines
- Avoid risky behavior that may endanger yourself or others.
- Harassment, abusive language or disrespect towards staff or other guests is prohibited.
- Alcohol consumption or prohibited substances are not allowed during tours.
- Littering can result in fines.
- Smoking is prohibited in public or indoor areas.
6. Quad Biking Notice
- Quad biking is an optional activity and participants engage at their own risk.
- Guests must follow all safety instructions and operate the vehicles responsibly.
- Any injuries, damages, or losses during quad biking are not covered by the tour operator.

9. Cultural & Legal Guidelines
Photography Rules:
- Avoid taking photos of government, military, or industrial sites.
- Always ask permission before photographing local residents, especially women in traditional attire.
10. Dress Guidelines:
- Modesty is expected in markets, cultural sites, and public areas.
- Women: Cover shoulders and knees; avoid tight or see-through clothing.
- Men: Avoid sleeveless shirts and shorts outside beach or pool areas.
- Warm clothing is suggested for desert tours in cooler months.
11. Visiting Religious Places:
- Modest attire is mandatory.
- Women: Cover hair and wear long sleeves with full-length skirts or trousers.
- Men: Avoid shorts and sleeveless tops.
- Clothing must be loose and non-transparent.
12. During Ramadan:
- Fasting occurs from sunrise to sunset.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking in public during daylight hours is strictly prohibited.
- Hotels and some restaurants may provide designated indoor areas for food and drink
